Episode 7

With three shows in three days, LemonDrop headquarters was essentially hemorrhaging with show recordings. Dan, Kevin and Steve set the groove with the help of Emancipator, Bringers of the Dawn, DJ Sam Aden and DJ Bix Bite featured in these hot-off-the-press, live recordings.

Episode 6

Following up on the previous episode, Episode 6 highlights musical moments captured live on stage at the LemonDrop headquarters on Commercial street. How do you support live, local music? Well, check out Episode 6 for starters.

Episode 5 w/ Track Masta Tom

The unofficial “mayor of Springfield music scene,” Thomas Shikany chills with our hosts and drops his favorite tracks from Mac Lethal, Les Izmore, The Spacetones and Sincerely Yours in preparation for March 6th’s Mac Lethal show at LemonDrop headquarters.

Episode 4 w/ The Floozies

Original air date: 02.23.2010

Kevin, Dan and Steve keep the momentum going in an entertaining and insightful interview with live-instrumental-looping duo The Floozies.  Just a night before their show at Springfield’s own Lindberg’s bar, Mark and Matt Hill share stories from the road and details on just what goes down at a Floozies party.

Episode 3

Original air date: 02.16.2010

The practice seems to be paying off.  Our hosts find themselves more and more comfortable with each show, and this episode is full of lively banter regarding upcoming LemonDrop events such as Emancipator and X-Stellations.  Not to mention a phone call from Courtney, some awkward trainees, and plenty of sweet, sweet tunes.

Episode 2 w/ Future Rock

Original air date: 02.02.2010

An enthusiastic surprise phone call from Mo-State Fabio starts the show off with a few laughs that grow continuously throughout the hour, and of course there’s plenty of local and live music to fill the gaps.  In the second half, Dan miraculously hooks up a sweet telephone interview with the guys from Future Rock.  If you don’t know what they’re all about, now is the time to find out.
