Promoting Artists

This is what guides our efforts at LemonDrop. When we say “promoting artists,” we’re talking about raising awareness of our community’s creative output. That means promoting local artists to those outside of our community while creating connections between like-minded individuals, businesses, and organizations here in town.

Enabling Their Art

LemonDrop serves to provide avenues for artists to display and share works, and even providing financial support on artists’ individual projects. We have several programs focussed on exhibiting works, both around town and online.

Facilitating Compensation

Finally, we aim to get artists paid. This focus goes hand in hand with the first two. Whenever we promote artists, we want make sure people will come out and support the artist again. We’re also a resource for artists to sell their works, whether it’s a merch table at a show or a link in an online directory.
