Springfield Skillshare: Screenprinting

Springfield Skillshare's first session will cover DIY screenprinting with inexpensive and readily-available materials. This easy and fun technique works on fabric or paper. Attendees will create a screen based on their own designs and use pre-made screens to print their own items. Please bring a blank T-shirt or sheet of poster paper for printing; all other materials will be provided.

Trash City: An Introduction

The Mission: To create an interactive, temporary community out of trash. This is a commissioned art installation piece for the C-Street Jam. This takes place June 26th on Commercial street. We are a group of local artists, creative and radical thinkers and doers, who have joined together to make a city entirely out of discarded materials. The purpose is tri-fold…One, to make art on a collaborative and community level. Two, to be interactive and stimulate ideas, dialogue and imagination.
